  10. "Time Travelers" was created using POVRAY 2.2. I use Drafix Windows CAD to
  11. make profile layouts of the objects in the scene as well as for the overall
  12. scene layout. This makes it easy to find the points of intersections and
  13. differences when constructing complex objects.

  15. This image was originally intended to be a serious study in wood textures
  16. applied to varying types of surfaces. However, somewhere in the creation
  17. process I discovered Andy Wardleys "GEODOME" utility. I was kind of a dome
  18. junky in my youth, sorta still am. I still have very dog-eared copies of
  19. "The Dome Book" and "The Whole Earth Catalog" circa early 70's. Well, I must
  20. have started having flash backs or something, because after that I could no
  21. longer concentrate on the wood texture study thing. I started playing around
  22. with different ideas and this is what grew out of it. Amazing how things
  23. happen!
